Submit your scholarship application
for the 2013/2014 academic year.

Deadline to apply is June 28, 2013.
Applications must be complete and received in our office. There is one application period for fall or spring entrance.

How to know if receiving the scholarship.
All applicants will be notified of status. If you do not receive a letter by July 16th, please call our office.

Remember, a scholarship interview is required if you are selected to receive the scholarship. Refer to the application for interview dates. Review the contract.

Are you eligible to apply for the scholarship? Applicant must be:
• U.S. Citizen
• Legal resident of Oklahoma
• Unconditional acceptance in nursing program
• Graduate between 12/2013 and 5/2015
